HOW TO FEEL SUCCESSFUL – and no I’m not rich…

… in fact I make no money compared to when I worked in silicon valley. But I have never felt so SUCCESSFUL – and you too, you are SO successful.

1. Prove yourself wrong – I didn’t used to comprehend how people would “run to de-stress” and now I’m that person – like who am I?! There is nothing more empowering to realize that you didn’t think you could do or live without X and yet you are, disempowering that voice of self-doubt.
2. Remember who you are & show up for her – Last year I’d roll out of bed dishevelled because it was a reflection of my self-worth. I didn’t believe I had anything to offer so I didn’t feel like I deserved to feel beautiful – it felt frivolous and I was in survival mode. Even though I hated my body, a cute outfit reminded me of who I was – and that’s all you need, to remember who you are.
3. See yourself – you’re not beautiful like anyone, you’re beautiful LIKE YOU. You are all that you are, not all the things you AREN’T. I’ve given out career advice to brilliant people and found that they don’t actually SEE themselves. I’ve photographed girls who don’t actually SEE how beautiful they are. Are you seeing yourself clearly? I’m guilty of this too – story’ed this pic bc I didn’t think it was good enough to deserve a post but clearly I was wrong according to my DMs!
4. Invest in yourself – training, professional coaching, clinical counselling, books, podcasts…this is the work you don’t see on IG. This is how you “work hard in silence, let success be your noise.”
5. It’s not about the fuhqing money, it’s about the freedom. I think about death every single day. Not nihlistically, but rather quite frankly at the insignificance of every fleeting moment. You will NEVER get this moment back. So stop measuring your success based on status and fortune.
